Set vision and roadmap for all marketing channels to deliver on net new customer acquisitions, customer base management and new product launch.
Create strategy and execution of the go-to-market strategy of our new offerings and manage marketing efforts to support our growth strategy.
Lead the strategy, plan, budget, and revenue forecast for our marketing campaigns on all physical, social and digital media platforms.
Provide leadership to the exec team and set departmental and individual goals.
Translate strategic alignments into objectives and operational plans and ensure that the structures, systems, and people required for its implementation are in place
Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, New Customers, LTV, and CAC.
Manage budget and forecasting, including analysis and detailed metrics between spend and performance, providing recommendations on how best to capture ROI
5+ years in B2C marketing, preferably in tech or e-commerce, with a proven track record of creating and managing inbound and outbound campaigns.
Experience leading a marketing team.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical.
Experience with PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing etc.
Understanding of prospect marketing and nurturing — experience creating, deploying, and optimizing automated email marketing campaigns and experience with CRMs.
Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
